Welcome! This tutorial was made intended to help you and guide you to changing the default Windows cursor into a custom cursor. This does not require hacking whatsoever.
You can change the cursor into an alien, a sword, smiley face (:D), anything you can find! If you don't know what a cursor is, its the mouse pointer you use to click stuff. Look at the screenshot below to find out what a cursor is.
