Just a quick note to say thankyou to bigpockets.

I ordered my pioneer 104 + 25 dvd-r's from them and when the 104 arrived it was as dead as one of Baldrick's turnips.
A quick phonecall later and a new one was on its way and the old one was to be picked up.
Following day, as promised, new one arrived is is hunkey dorey

Just thankyou for being honest with what they said and keeping to their promises.

I'm sure anyone who is mistreated moans like hell about it so I want to give good feedback when it is deserved.

I were going to get a cheapo DVR104 from them soonish too, nice to know they are good with returns (only had some datasafes from them before)
