If people knew what that stuff did to you they stop drinking it straight away, but the problem is the soft drink manufacturers hold great sway, espeacially the coca cola's and the pepsi's of this world and they employ scientists to twist research and to basically muddy the waters when it comes to researching exactly what this substance does to the human body and brain.
If you value your health and especially your mental health, do a search for Aspartame in google, ignore the fukin nutrasweet pages that try and convince everyone that its safe and read some of the other shit.

I normally have pepsi with takeawar Pizza Express and Coke with Dominos, don't know why, but it just tastes better that way.
