Installed chip fine ages ago, just installed evo-x works great, but does anyone no if i can flash the bios or do something to fit a bigger drive without changing the chip ive fitted ??

Na M8t your going to have to re-chip it.
If your careful you might be able to leave the wires on the board and add your new in its place.
You can flash the bios with the evo flash and then disconect your enigmah, once the bios is flashed you wont need a chip.
Do a search for evox and you sould find some info on how to flash it.
