    Lap Top Hard Drive

    Hi folks
    I need to replace the hard drive in my lap top
    to something a bit bigger(6.4 at the mo)
    2 quetions,
    1....how do I get to it?
    2...will any 2.5 inch hard drives fit ? I was hoping for something around 20 gig.
    The machine is a Packard Bell easy one about 18 months old

    1. There will be an easily accessible hatch/slide tray about 2.5 inches wide somwhere on the underside. Occasionally it's accessible by removing the keyboard (usually a couple of spring loaded clips)

    2. Just about every modern drive is the 9mm height 2.5 inch type (older ones were 15mm) and you should be able to fit a 20Gb one, larger on a BIOS upgrade.
