    Default hmmmmmmmm! found this!

The Brilliance handles SVGA and lower resolutions only in expanded mode--but what an expanded mode it is. Like the Samsung and the Sceptre, this monitor interpolates pixel values rather than simply doubling pixels, and it does so with good results.

The monitor gets high marks overall in usability and convenience. With its 16.5-inch height, the Brilliance is tall enough to allow comfortable viewing for most of us. The stand allows the panel not only to pivot down and up to angles of about 10 and 35 degrees, but also to swivel left and right by as much as 30 degrees in each direction.

no idea, just purchased a pallet of pc equipment, sorry!
