pioneer jumper settings

can anyone give me info on the jumper settings for pioneer 104. have received unit but no instructions etc. Not sure if it will be master or slave yet so all info apprec

This is from an AOpen 1040Pro which is the same as the Pioneer 104 - I've reflashed my AOpen with the Pioneer BIOS.

The quality of the scan isn't great, but I was trying to keep the download size to a minimum.
