a bad rep for u guys on the net is not good

if a man posted a story from the real life every day
saying diveneo ignored him because he has his right for a refund

tested the "universal vga box" on 4 diffrent monitors and
with
3
diffrent ps2's and on one dreamcast and one n64
but still no luck
the picture is blurry and has stribes rolling on the screen
and it is connected 100 % perfect
(my old vga box for the dreamcast works fine on my monitor)
mail back with info on "now what ?"
