im tryin to get all the dog tags, i can get bout 90% of them through whole game. i obviosly thought i got them all so i continue the game. can u get them of the evasion terrorists? i dont know. All help is gr8 help.

My life is just FU**ED up.
Some of the tags must be taken from "one time" personell the first time you enter a room. Try reading a MGS2 FAQ on gamefaqs.com for a list of the special dog tags and who has them.
wild man if you get them all lol
ive found that if you kill a soldier then a new one with a new dog tag replaces him.
or you could try changing the difficulty level.
