Conflict dessert storm / Phantom crash

I have an Enigmah final chip and have not experienced any problems with any games except for phantom crash and conflict dessert storm.

Conflict dessert strom gives the dirty / damaged disc message after the Xbox loading screen but its different to the normal message.

Phantom crash goes to a black screen after the Xbox loading screen and nothing happens.

Before anyone replies with you have a beta chip let me just say I fitted the chip myself and its definately a final.

So has anyone else experienced these problems with Enigmah finals ?

Any help would be much appreciated.

I dont have the answer, but with conflict Desert storm I couldn't get it to work either. I have the Xtender chip. At first i thought it was becuase the disc was burnt at 2 speed (have had probs with that before and some others were not working). So reburned at one speed.

Now at 2 speed i got the DDE message.
At one speed it would get to the Xbox logo with mircosoft at the bottom and then freeze.

What i did find though was that i could see the disc using evox with the one speed copy. So instead of making another coaster i just popped it on the HDD. GUess what??? the sod wouldn't work on that either!

Just do what i did mate, go and (i hate to say this but...) buy it! it is worth it, espicilly for the multi - Friendly fire is so much fun when you dont agree!!!!

Desert Storm worked ok for me.

I have the same problem with Phantom crash. I've read elswhere that you have to extract the ISO with isotool and then burn. This supposedly works.

I had the same problem with Desert Storm. I coastered two disks and tried it from the HDD but it would lock up or stutter. I ripped it and burnt again and it was fine.

Iv sorted Conflict Dessert Storm, but Phanton Crash is still a major pain, ill get there in the end. ( Hope its worth it )
