Niosy Neighbours 2

Right, i though id make a new thread. Since having numerous arguments with @ one time good friends my next door neighbours are making a racket every night. @ 1st it was just the bloody music but now its kids banging doors constantly and jumping all over the place. They are all unemployed (no offence) and hav nuttin better to do, but some of us need to sleep early and this cant go on. Now ive tried the nice approach a few times and even a few face to face threats, but seing as they are thick as pig shit they dont understand. Any ideas guys. I mean its bad enuff in the evenings but @ 2am wen ur trying to get to sleep and u hav these twats just constantly running up and down the stairs, bangin walls, doors etc... its just not on. Any replies greatly appreciated.

p.s. cant pump my kit as it would disturb my other neighbours, which is not want i want obviously & i dont think these fukers ever sleep so wouldnt make a difference anyway.

Tell the council they got a noise squad over a period of time if there is too mmuch noise they take equipment then kids then move the family out. It takes time tho

Get in contact with the enviromental dept of the council, noise pollution i think its called, and write down and log all of the noise times and dates etc, they will take over and investigate, also try and get a few of the other neigbours on your side, as back up.
and when you know they are out, superglue their locks up......

just complain to your local council and keep a written record of times of noises do this often enough and if were talking about council tenants they will evict

This is good advice. Build up a written record for a couple of weeks before going to them.

I fall else fails, when they go out burn there house down. The council will then have to re-home them. Try and make it look as though they did so they get screwed over by the council bod's too.

Get a few mates round, all wearing boiler suits and ski masks, all tooled up with baseball bats.

Knock knock, don't say a word, barge in, smash their equipment up, bat them about a bit too, pour 'petrol' (2 litre bottle of water, coloured with food colouring - they'll not know) and strike a match... watch them squirm a bit and piss themselves... let yourselves out.

This is what i did, but had to write several emails a day and still they don't bother getting back to me all that often.

Most coucils are over-stretched, they guy who came round with recording equipment for me was off to do 2 rat inspections afterwards and then resume his sound abaitment job till 11 at night!!!

The law recently changed (up here at least), and the recording they took of the guy disturbing me is useless cos he wasn't warned that he was being monitored. Also he has failed to contact them on numerous occasions when cards have been left, yet he still makes a racket, mostly till 4:00am on a sunday.

what i'm saying, is the 'official' approach is a long, long road, and i think breaking his face would have been much easier.

I have a similar problem. My neighbours are normally pretty nice people but they just seem to have no awareness that they are noisy. I have aksed them several times to "keep it down" but they never seem to go more than a couple of days before the noise starts up again. I've just about had it, and am considering selling and moving just to get away from their constant thumping and banging.
