My experience with them is that they get ya order mixed up and have a very very slow RMA process. There was a thread about them some time ago.

i never had no problems with ebuyer until recently! placed a relatively large order with one item saying 2 days! by the time this item was in stock another went out of stock then while waiting for that one another whent out of stock.... etc

this process went on for 2 weeks! one item went out of stock twice within the 1st week of waiting and another got removed from my order totally without any warning (they had already charged it onto my card and had to refund it!) altho they didnt ask me if i wished to select a different item! after 3 fone calls and removing and changing various items i finally got it a couple of days ago!!

have used them loads in the past but need to find elsewhere to order bits as they are getting beyond a joke! and the fone people are thick! not happy after waiting in a fone queue for 15mins to get some plank on the fone!!

When you order stuff that's in stock, they're cheap, quick and reliable.

Never, ever try to order something out of stock, and never rely on them to deal with returns quickly (or, in some cases, at all). Their phone system is hopeless, and the new 'enote' system is comedic gold.

I ordered off them for a digi-camera. Then found out there coriers only do 9 till 6 and not at all on weekends. Well im at work mondya to friday and so obviously cant be in. They wouldnt deliver to my home address as it was my first order. I cant pick up from the corier as they are miles away (why dont they jsut use royal mail, cheaper, quicker and if youre not in you can pick it up down the round). Asked for the item to be returned, they (on the phone after waiting an hour to get through) said it would be returned and id be rufunded. That was the middle of last week and i havent heard anything since. I tried there online enote system and well havent heard anything. Ill not be using them again and would strongly advice anyone else not to use them also.

I have ordered LOADS of stuff off them (5k+) and they have been VERY quick and professional with every order. Plus you get VERY good prices and FREE delivery on orders over £117. The only other place that I have seen that have prices as good as www.ebuyer.com is www.komplett.co.uk/ but I have never ordered from them and I'm pretty sure they charge delivery.

5 days LOL - I've had a frickin mare of a time with them recently.
I'd heard of a few bad stories b4 i made my order so I checked that all the stock was showing on their site as being there in the stores, there and then. It turns out that, that part of the site don't work quite right so I had to wait for more stock to come in - OK fair enuf I thought. So the stock came in again on the stuff I was waiting for and guess what, they sold out of some of the other items so again I waited. Finally it all arrived nearly 3 weeks later, well I say arrived but we actually had to make a trip to the depot as they're not exactly on the ball at the courier service place either.
I slapped my new system together knowing that the guarantee had now run out on my chip and memory, ordered from Micro Direct at the same time and hence delivered over 2 weeks earlier, but hey what can U do? Then the nightmare started to really kick in, the mobo from ebuyer was a dud.
Knowing that ebuyer are a mare for returns I rang the manufacturer (Leadtek) and the Dutch guy at their european helpline took 2 weeks of daily emails to finally tell me that Leadtek wouldn't replace the board and it had to go back to ebuyer. I pleaded with him but he wouldn't have any of it so I emailed ebuyer with all the info from Leadtek I'd built up over the 2 weeks. They didn't want it back either as it had been over a week from the signed delivery date but after sending all the emails from Leadtek to prove my actions over the past 2 weeks they agreed to give me an RMA number. So off it went back to them.
They've now had it for 3 weeks and a day acording to their site and today I've finally had an email from the saying that they'll replace the board as it is indeed duff. I've checked the site and indeed there is actually some activity at last, all day it said awaiting processing and now it says awaiting despatch. So this means I should get a replacement board on Mon or Tues next week.
I'm hoping it'll all be over soon and if any1 catches me making another order from ebuyer you have my full permission to beat me round the head with a big stick cos I'll have gone mad and need U to do it.

Update - they've done it again. No mobo or GF4 in my City Link parcel on Friday, just a USB card that I've never requested. They don't know where my Leadtek bundle is and won't even give me an RMA number for what I did receive.

    Still bloody waiting!
Got an RMA eventually for the USB riser I never requested and returned it, now they say 5 - 7 working days to go.

The old system I'm selling on to finance this upgrade has depreciated that much now I'm not sure I can afford it anymore.

My experience was'nt as bad as I thought it would be.

I bought a digital camera that went up in smoke as I put the batteries in.

It took about 5 working days for the RMA number to come through

Two days before I sent it off.

one Day after I sent it got an E-mail that they had recieved it

A few hours after that they confirmed it wa faulty.

Recieved a new camera a day later.

Total turnaround for this was about nine and a half days.

They even said they will refund me the postage for the faulty equipment.

I did'nt think that was too bad. But I could have got lucky....
