please help
i have installed Norton systemworks 2003,now i can't get email
this is the error message i get

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'pop3.lineone.net', Server: 'localhost', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

i tried changing the localhost bit to pop3.lineone.net but still no luck

firewall on or off? make sure its turned off
