How do Muslim extremists get money to fund themselves?
This is a ransom video sent by the extremists to the family of this guy, note, they're not sending it to the government, they're sending it to this guys mother and father.
For those who don't speak Russian (no one's perfect) the hostage is saying, from what I can hear "please, collect the money". Feel free to correct me; I’m sure he's saying please, the rest is kind of sketchy though.
