ERRRMMM...........not sure if this is the right place

Right I have my sky box and it seems to not wanna gimme any listings of any progs that are on currently or going to be on, I have to go on that channel and leave it on that channel for a couple mins before I get any info then I still dont get anything about whats on next.

Anyway I have switched box off from main, that works for liek 5 seconds, I have powered down and took cables out and put in again still dont work.

Anyone got any ideas?? would be appreciated

Is this a Grundig? They appear to be having problems with the new software.

A few of us are having the same problem with teh pace box, I dont think there's any solution really unless they suddenly fix the software, which I doubt they will get yourself on www.digiguide.com and use that instead.
