He's actually quite a nice colour concidering we got a horrid little bugger with a red back who
eats the birds fat balls and seed, try and scare him away the little fecker goes for you.
I got a photo of him somewhere will dig em out.

Try changing your metering mode to spot or centre weighted, it seems to have metered for the whole frame and with all the dark areas in the back ground resulted in the foreground being a little over cooked. spot metering it will prioritise what ever is in the centre area of the frame and expose them correctly the downside is the back ground will be darker but you want the subject to be exposed not the background anyway.
