I JUST WANTED TO EXPLAIN A LITTLE MORE WHY I CHOSE vip & STAFF ETC OVER NORMAL MEMBERS oops caps

its simply because if someone had 2or 3 accounts they in theory could get more chances which would be unfair, being VIP reduces this because they would have to pay VIP fees on all their accounts. plus the fact VIP members are helping both the forum and rap's drinking habit (lol). so i chose vip +.

I may do something at a later stage for normal members but not sure
