Has anyone caught one of the people on the wanted posters alive yet? Not used my lasso yet as ive just got it but everytime i go after them i jump off my horse and they end up nickin that and riding away on it.

Shoot them in the leg / ankle / foot

when they go down select lassoo / lassoo them, then hog tie them pick up stick on horse take back to prison - job done!

Yep it is pretty easy just keep the arrow in the middle of the bar - it is not hard to win at all the poker places in this though so no real need to use the cheat part.

I try but every time it just goes you've cheated... oh well practice makes perfect... I should really play it properly, but just not that good at the poker, better at dice...

Quick tip if someone nicks your horse (slight spoiler):

Whistle it, the horse bucks them off. My usual treatment is to lasso the thief & drag them around behind the horse for a while.

Another quick tip with the lasso is make sure you have it as your weapon before you use it. I shot a petty thief in the face with my gun when I was only going to drag him back into town

anybody seen a bear yet?? looked all over and can't find them, also boars are very rare to come across and i need them for the master hunter challange.

Loads and loads of bears at tall trees - you need to unlock the northern bit of the map to get there

You don't need to get off your horse to use your lasso, I was in Armadillo and a thief was on the run (on foot) so I went after him with my lasso, caught him and rode back to town with him dragging along the ground behind me. I should be sheriff.
