    Default Ford imobiliser key

    Ive got a 94 Ford fiesta Si but only have one black ignition key and no red master key. Can I get a spare made and how much will it cost? and who from, ford or somewhere else?

    A 94 fiesta you willneed to have a red master key and a new slave key cut as when the system is reprogramed it asks for 3 keys, keys should cost 12-20 each and programming £45-65. programming by ford check local y/pages for a locksmith that has a proggy will probably work out cheaper

    Just rang ford, they cant do me a black key til I they do me a red master key, its 17.50 per key and 48 quid for an hours labour to get the code outa my ignition and program a red master key so its £83 to get me 2 spare keys....the robbing *******s.

    try local locksmiths in y/pages should be able todo it cheaper

    I went to my local scrappy and found one with the red key in the ignition barrel so striped the whole unit out to make a set for my car they charged me £20 I guess I was lucky to find one with the red key could try on line auction for a matched set
