You should be able to.
Open my computer and right click on the DVD drive and click SHARING.
Set it up as you need and you should be able to see the share on the other PC.
i can see the share on the other machine mate but it only shows it as like a directory, i want it to recognise it as a dvd drive so that i can actually play the movies.

Just whack the DVD program into FILE mode (power dvd i assume)and open the IFO file located in the Video_TS dir of the dvd .. Voila !!!
