We are experimenting with plesk billing. But due to lack of support and very precise documentation, we are unable to work on it quite efficiently.

The first issue is that when we add a client, he doesn't receive an email having his account details like username/password and login link etc. However it does send email on package creation but that doesn't contain details of password and login link. Please help or guide in this.

Second is a query to know if that's possible. What we basically need is that the admin should be able to receive daily reports by email or alert of the defaulters so that those who have not made the payment in a timely manner can be taken care of by the staff. We were told that such a feature doesn't exist but during our fact findings, we discovered something like 'Admin Daily Report Email' in emails template groups section. But we couldn't get that working. On pressing add button, it doesn't show this category name in the drop-down. So pls help us in that as well.
