    Default Best Freeview set-top box

    Hi,
I'm looking to buy a Freeview Set-top Box.
It must have Freeview tuner (obviously)
Be able to play Divx via USB (maybe record too)
There are a few to choose from any thoughts guys.?

    Something like this:

although I'm not sure this one records.

Thats looks good and comes with 3 built in games.
Did you have a price range or as cheap as possible?

LG have some nice players that fit your spec (with DVD and recording as well) but not for that price.

Not realy worried about price but if it was over £100 I would want a HDD built in.
But if no HDD then yes as cheap as I can get.
Not bothered if it has a dvd player or not.

The Sumvision player looks good for the price. I think a lot of new-ish dvd recorders are capable of playing Divx & Freeview. Here's one with a HDD:

Pay more and get an HDD for recording. It will change your life.
