i can add a load of extras free, its very easy for me to install them as i am my own host so i have control over databases etc. the support system would be free, so would a gallery etc.

and the value is based on keywords, submissions, traffic, content and age. with it being a very popular subject and the traffic is already constant and coming in nicely the valuation is quite good.

i am being realistic in my price of 160 but i just wanted to show how much its being valued at now, with constant submissions every 6 months (ill help) advertising and fresh content the value will increase with age.
