just a quick search on google.
COULD BE THIS
Some transmitters are broadcasting at low power currently during engineering work.
Crystal Palace has such - if you happen to receive form there.
You may just have to wait. [Estimate 5 days ]
Alternatively you may need some boost on your aerial signal to keep all multiplexes above the reception threshold... Some are obviously pretty close to it most of the time.
or
have you done a full factory reset?

If you are able to get the lost channels back by re-scanning the channels; and if your particular set can report signal condition – (in somewhere like Setup / DTV Channel Setup / Signal Condition), then you could look to see what the reported signal strength & quality is for these channels compared to the others.
Strength & quality may be low for these particular channels -ie it could be a reception issue. And yes that can happen even when other equipments at your location may be seemingly working ok -as there can be differences in tuner sensitivity between different products.
Also, it’s even possible that an individual coax cable which may have an internal connection fault can cause issues which are frequency dependant –ie: affects some channels more than others.
hope it helps
Thank u very much mate will have a look at that . It was just strange that all was fine till an update
