installing aps

thanks for all the help from you guys over the last few days.
my itouch is all sorted.i downloaded some aps with cydia all work fine
question?
some of the aps i want i cant get on intellous.
like copilot
mirio games ect.
where else can i get them?
if i can.
can i download them with torrents
if so how do i get them on it.

You can download them from newsgroups,torrents or websites then simply drag the file into the apps tab on iTunes. As long as you have appsync (cydia) it should be fine :-)
