Well, inspired from somewhere and feeling like I should make something nice I just made the thing I have been craving all week. Pan fried duck breasts on a bed of mash potato and spinach and pickled red cabbage with a red wine and hoisin sauce.
As it is the first time I think I have ever tried to present food in a reasonable way I thought I would share, tasted fucking tidy too.
It's all very quick and easy, only problem with how I did it was the skin didn't go crispy so was a tad chewy.
