MW2 360 Party Match Making gone to shit ?

Has anyone else noticed that the match making has gone to shit if you're in a party ? I'm asking as I cannot work out if it is just my mate and I or if everyone is effected ?

First up connections. I have a 20mb NTL Cabel connection and a 3mb/1mb O2 ADSL connection. My friend has a 20mb beThere DSL connection which achieves around 15mb down, 1.5mb up. Latency and stability test to 3rd party sites and each other show now obvious network issues, yet both appear to suffer from the same issue.
Believe me when I say we've tested the arse out of the connections and we're both 100% certain that they are not the issue.

If I'm on my own and search for a game, the 360 usually finds ~30 games with <50ms pings. This is also true for my m8.
Regardless of which of us hosts the party, as soon as we search for a game the 360 appears to skip straight over the 50ms test and either go for 65ms OR stick us in our own lobby and go to "Waiting for x more players".

Is anyone else noticing this ?

I am noticing the lag (jumping screen) a lot more.
I have been plagued with the connection to host lost and been booted loads lately too.

What sort of connection do you have / who's it with ? I've just discovered that O2 and Be are actually one and the same which makes me wonder if perhaps the ISP's are shaping 360 traffic and that's causing problems ?

I'd noticed that new players weren't appearing when players were dropping out a few days ago, but that seems to be better now.

From what I can find TalkTalk has it's own network, so it's unlikely that it's an ISP thing; unless they're all doing something underhand :/

Gash. Will see if it's any different in a minute but I know the answer already if I'm honest :/
