Ya just set up a us account on your ps3 i have three uk,us,jap(use a us hotel for address) think the only point you struggle with is getting u.s points or getting it to accept a uk credit card you prob can get u.s points from fleabay thou

Also, the HK store is good. It's similar to the JAP store in terms of content but all the menus are in English
