thought i'd start a new thread so everyone would see it.

360 beta is now live for medal of honor

I fancied a go at this but after reading comments on the Team Xbox forum it doesn't sound like I'm missing out of much. Disappointing as it looked promising on Youtube videos.

If anyone has a spare code though please I wouldn't mind having a go and seeing what I think to it myself instead of basing it all on other peoples opinions. Thank you.

It does look nice but like kry0genik says, it's hard to see enemies in the distance. It takes a lot of bullets to kill an enemy, too many I'd say. The delay between getting killed and the screen changing to when you flop on the ground is annoying but that could be a beta thing. I don't like it much so far but I will give it some more goes.

i only managed one game this monring before i had to go to work. It was a bit laggy and only managed 2 kills, but i'll give it a good go tonight. The movement feels a bit like you're on rollerskates - but i've only got COD to compare it to.

The textures are a bit gritty and lack polish and the game types are dull. I played a good few games this morning and it just left me wanting to play something else. The games really lacked soul. Even when you get the multi perks its just dull

Remeber that it is a Beta test so I suspect there will be improvements to come.

not sure why i was getting so excited about this. i know it's only a beta, but IMO it's fecking shite.

can anyone who plays BC2 comment on how similar this is? I've only got COD to compare it to, and I'll be sticking to that, by the looks of it.
