TV Freeview to broadcast Sky Sports 1 and Sky Sports 2

Top Up TV says the package gives people more freedom
Sky and Top Up TV have agreed a deal that will allow Freeview customers to watch Sky Sports 1 and Sky Sports 2.
The service can be paid for monthly, unlike its other competitors, where customers agree a subscription.
Virgin Media recently announced that it will be showing Sky Sports in high definition from next month, at an additional cost of £7 a month.
In March, Ofcom ruled that Sky would have to cut the price it charged rivals to show its premium sports channels.
Last month, BT Vision announced it had also agreed a deal with Sky offering consumers access to Sky Sports via its IPTV service from £6.99 per month.
Top Up TV's Nick Markham said the freeview package gives subscribers more freedom.
"With no 12 month contract, the lowest stand-alone price and no need to buy bundled packages, Top Up TV puts fans in control," he said.

I wonder if this deal includes Freeview HD....might be time to ditch Sky for this. I hate having to pay for all the rest when I only watch the news and Sky Sports.

I don't think that there will be a keygen for top up. The only freeview channels with keygens are the 2 soft porn ones.

Won't be HD on freeview as there is not the space/bandwidth for it.

Yes it did...and was "free" hence its collapse...top up tv has not been hacked and is unlikley to be (Seca 3)

Of course it will why do you think they are closing all of the analogue frequencies....you will though need a new STB or TV.

Sorry I meant when Sky Sports starts it will be SD, obviously in the future there will be more HD channels. I have the TV ready, but just the three channels until BBC1 HD starts in the autumn, which I beleive is the last space on the Interim HD Mux.
