Does anyone have any server rack shelves laying around that they want to get rid of cheaply.
I'm after a couple of them.
Thanks

Thanks mate but I've almost finished building the rack. I have rack rails on, was just after a couple of shelves that attach to the rack rails.
Try Mills:

I can prob get a flat shelf and a retractable shelf but shipping wont be cheap...plus I`d require a few quid for the latter. What dimensions are you ooking at?

Its a 19inch rack width.
How much would you be looking for for both flat and retractable shelves?

havent built the back yet so not too sure on depth, was thinking about 500mm. I only have the rack rails on the front so the shelf only needs to have screw holes at the front to connect. Thanks
Whats going on the shelves? Problem is most shelves need to be bolted front and rear but you can get cantilever shelves, again from Mills:

and these work well for light to medium weight things. I cant get you any of these either. I`m pretty sure the only retractable shelves I can lay my hands on are 670mm, but I`ll check today.

nothing heavy is going on these shelves, just things like router, notwork switch, possibly a couple of external hard drives on one shelf.
Thanks anyway.
Had a look for you. Can provide 1 x 19" square shelf but it has fixings front and rear. The retractable shelves are all missing runners on one side or the other. Go get yourself a few cantilevers. There are a few on the bay but they are far cheaper new from mills.
