itunes / Apps account without CC details :-)

Hi guys,

After getting a little frustrated with wanting an Itunes / apps account just for the FREE apps and not wanting to enter my CC or Bank details, after several emails and posts I came across this link:

I followed, as it says on the tin... from my Iphone... and I now have access to all the FREE apps.... Whoop Whoop!

Maybe he didn't know you could do that and this post does help any people that don't have a CC/DC if such peeps exist on these forums !

Yeah, I know, but id rather not put them in if not required, and i knew there must of been a way...

Also this means the youngsters who have these devices can enjoy them a little more, without having mumy and daddys details entered...

true, kids would be able to use it but I thought that as you created the itunes account and entered a birthdate as less than 18 you wouldnt get chance to enter any credit or debit card details anyway what with the laws on cc/dc for under 18's prohibiting them for having either

im glad you got it sorted though m8 cos it does sound like its been a long winded affair, and flik was bang on when he mentioned some people may not have a credit card or debit card in truth I didnt think of that, most of my shopping is done online and almost everything is paid for (for me at least) through either cc/dc the only thing ive used cash for this year so far are parking meters/pay and display.
