Default Getting a domain name back

Without having to pay the legal fees. Trying to get this domain name back www.ponandzi.com. Will get it back legally but trying to offer the kid money who cybersquatted it to step aside but all contact details exhausted.
He doesn't answer emails and the contact number is a taxi firm.

    Any other options.

You need to give more details including why you think or have a right to it before anyone could advise you.

Pon and Zi were created by Jeff Thomas. I have been instructed by him to get the .com back.
I am the European License holder and I am acting on his behalf.

Have got most of the other domain names and I am buying the .co.uk one now.

The problem is the kid with the .com is being very lemon, he will lose it and get nothing but it will cost 5k, rather give him 2k to go away quietly.

I would presume you could get the site pulled by a report to the host backed up by Jeff Thomas for using his IP without permission if he's being a cock and then a letter of intent to recover should he not comply, also might be an idea to quote a couple of other cases so he is in no doubt of the result of such action.
I would also make sure you get plenty of screen captures before you do report if this is the course you take and you can also use archive sites to back up any claims of infringement should it need to go into dispute.

What I dont understand is if this guy purchased the domain as per whois:

    created: 2005-12-12 19:10:03
    expires: 2011-12-12 19:10:03

How come its taken 5 years to try and get the domain back?
I’m alive and kicking yeh baby.
