How to "Turn off all unnecessary animations" in Windows 7 and Vista

If you use your computer without a display, prefer to block unnecessary animation effects, or want to turn them off in programs that support this option, then this will show you how to Turn off all unnecessary animations (when possible) without affecting [Only registered and activated users can see links. ], [Only registered and activated users can see links. ], [Only registered and activated users can see links. ], [Only registered and activated users can see links. ], etc...

Here's How:

A) Uncheck the Turn off all unnecessary animations (when possible) box, and click on OK. (see screenshot below)
