Its ready when its fermented that could be a week or two depending how much you do.
But it hasn't cleared and looks bad and has not had time to clear, SO leave it a few month. and keep checking it every couple of week and always check the sediment level and rack when necessary and also smell of course. IF its smelling a bit off. add a crushed Campden tab and stir it.
Remember to add stabilizer to the mix and stir well after fermentation to stop it going to dry.

Bottle when your happy with the colour and cleared well.

Bottling it with sterilized bottles with these are perfect.

Cheap and no fucking around with corking it.

Its like cooking taste it every time you check but dont check to often. too much oxygen and light can ruin it
