Did a lot of research on this matter, and the general opinion is that creams do not work. The GF ended up getting laser treatment which is going well.

Get them covered up, will be cheaper and less painful

I have to agree with Tattooed Freak, I looked at laser to get rid of some shocking mum and dad and England related tattoos I got when I was 15 and it just wasn't viable. I am currently halfway through a sleeve which is covering them all and gotta say its a much better option.
