That's interest only. I save separately for the payment but it's not a regular thing, all I know is it's enough to pay off the mortgage before the usual 25 years is up.

I think I will pay some off if the interest rates go up but right now I get 4% gross on my current account which is much higher than the mortgage rate.

I am currently on less than a percent interest and overpay. So normally it is under 20 but I overpay to the tune of another 7 so I guess 27.

All depends how much over time I do a month, but I'd say about 30-40%. I'm overpaying at the mo, but might up it a bit more soon and take it to about 40-50%.
