What 360 stuff are you looking forward to?

The wife and I are expecting our 1st kiddy at the end of November, so I expect I'll have very little time to play my 360, so I'll only be getting games that I really want to play (rather than d/ling every game going!)

So thought i'd have a look at whats due to release over the next 6 months on Play.com and have picked out about 3 that look great or are sequels that had excellent originals, then I thought I'll see what else you guys are looking forward too also, as Play.coms release dates are sketchy at best!

1. Dead Space 2 (due end Jan 2011)

The original was awesome and one of the best of its kind, and the best of its year. I even played through it twice, which is a rare thing for me these days. Its looking fricking sweet.

2. Medal Of Honor (Due Oct 2010)

I was an enormous fan of the original from years and years ago and like most people love the COD series (the Infinity Ward ones anyway) so this has me very interested, more so than Black Ops, as the Treyarch ones were never up to the same standard as Modern Warfare. The beta was decent fun, but i'm looking more for the single player game on this.

3. Ghost Recon Future Soldier (Due Feb 2011)

What are you looking forward to in the next 6 months? Apart from Halo Reach!

still undecided what my next 1st person shooter will be.
I wasn't a fan of the treyarch COD's either but they have a great opportunity to steal the show with black ops. They should know by now what we like and don't like.
MOH - I thought the beta was ok, but i just didn't like the movement, i found camping worked well. The SP is using a different engine to the MP so that concerns me a bit - but the SP looks good.

Anyway, currently playing Alan Wake (£18 last week) we is great - but it doesn't half eat up your time.
Looking forward to HAWX2 - although it appears I'm the only one.
Assassins Creed Brotherhood will also be a purchase.

Has anyone played the hawx2 demo yet?

yes Russ. It's ok - you get 2 levels which show off the taking off/landing/refueling systems. One level is a classic dog fight the other a ground bombing level.

it didn't send me wild with excitment, but i reckon it will be pretty good. There's virtually no hype surrounding this game, and i reckon the price will plummit within a few weeks.

COD Black Ops and that Ghost Recon looks good so that's a possibility. F1 2010 if they release a demo, if not then I will give it a miss as I am unsure based on the few videos available so far.

I will probably live on COD though as I have done since MW2 was released, only played a bit of Forza 3 since then but missed MW2 too much so dumped Forza 3 back in a cupboard. As long as Treyarch and Activewithoutvision don't screw up Black Ops then it should happily replace my copy of MW2.

I actually prefered COD4 to MW2. MW2 was too close up. MOre range in COD4

I certainly played Cod4 for a lot longer than mw2.

Speaking of Kinnect, I just think it looks pants. Playstation Move looks ok, Killzone 3 on it looks v good and the difference is that Sony are having normal games adapted to use it, where as from what i can see Microsoft are making a load of wii-style games for kinnect, with shitty gfx and child-friendly themes. Not my bag at all.

Yeah I thought that aswell. I actually think that the Sony move is better. ie, for a golf game surely better to hold something rather than hold nothing. Will have to see when both are out and I've had a go

I'm looking forward to Move, because it seems to be improving on the stuff I really like on the wii. I love light gun shooters for example so the prospect of bigger, better, prettier ones is appealing.

What isn't appealing is navigating a menu via voice or waving my arms about, or pretending to hold a steering wheel.

looking forward to black ops. always been a fan of cod since getting a 360. the MOH does look very good. seems to have come on leaps and bounds from when i remember playing it on the playstation. i was looking forward to kinnect and was going to pre order it until reading some comments in here. whan i last looked at a demo video it was still called project natal and looked quite good. graphics seemed impressively better than wii but i did read an article somewhere that microsoft couldnt get the graphical output like they wanted. not looked at the ps move as i dont have an interest in the sony console but might have to try it out. imo no controller devices are the future and i think as the years go on it will improve to a virtual reality machine level.
back on track of post - anyone heard of any GTA possibillities in the near future.
