    Default dc vcd 50-60htz

I use my dreamcast to play vcds but on the tv upstairs the screen flickers horizontally bcos its not a 60htz supportive tv. Is there a stepdown or something I can use to make the screen normal??

    Thanks

    YOU CAN'T

OK, that's not correct, but let's just say you SHOULDN'T, because the quality sucks, I don't understand why people even bother.

    Have u tried gyplay?

Don't know if it works, haven't tried it yet but is supposed to be much better quality than using the vcd boot disk

Take all gyplay (including the WinCE directory) and burn it to a
disc along with the movie(s) that you want. You can have the movies anywhere on the disc (including in subdirectories) and GypPlay will find and play them. They must have one of the following extensions:
    .mpg (MPEG-1 only)
    .mpeg (MPEG-1 only)
    .dat (MPEG-1 only)
    .avi (no odd codecs!)
    .m1v (MPEG-1 video, no audio)
.asf (no odd codecs! MPEG-4/DivX is NOT supported!)
.sfd (v1.01 SFD format works, but no audio. Newer SFDs not supported.)
Burn them to disc with these options: ISO Level 2, Mode 1 (CDROM only,
not XA), Joliet filesystem. Boot the Utopia boot disc, then swap in
    your CDR.

    Hope this helps
