deleting from HDD

Sorry if this is a stupid question but...

I have hust received my chipped console and I have been given instructions for everything (writing to HDD etc) with the exception of deleting stuff (movies & games).

The guy who very kindly chipped the console is a friend of a friend, I never actually got to meet him. He put one game and one movie on the console for me but I don't want them, how do I get rid of them?

goto system utils then to hdd loader u will see the game just press X to delete
