    Been a week now but binned the Champix, couldn't cope with the headmash, waking up middle of the night busting for a piss, dodgy dreams and overall general feeling shite.
    Aint had a cig since though, taste and smells are back to normal.

    hoping I don't put too much timber on its getting harder to lose the middle tyre as it is lol.

    just an update, still off the smokes, first month or so was flakey with some cravings, but can now even have a drink at weekends without craving for a smoke.

    Cheers, its great as when I'm on break duty (high school) I can smell the kids smoking round the building a mile away lol.
