I watched them all mate. The first fight was a right whitewash, a thrashing. The other two bothers had to work a bit but deserved their wins. Great stuff

    Hi
what about the fans man, 500 of us lolol it was a fantastic atmosphere, that guy from Ghana (with all the muscles) that came to fight Liam for the belt had a small group of fans from Ghana, they were great lads ...singing dancing blowing whistles and the banter was fantastic, they were good and so was their man - he came for a battle.

    Hi
Sorry to dig up an old thread but Liam finally gets his shot at a world title this saturday and he has shown friendship to digital forums before so hope we all getting behind him in his big task this Saturday against the Floyd Mayweather Money team World Champion Gevonta Davis. This is a massive step up for Liam however he has never been beaten before.
His brothers are on the undercart and they had a barny with Floyd today lolol.

I saw it advertised and will certainly be watching, Gevonta Davis is certainly a tough task but not beyond Liam imho, Davis is a little flat footed lacking mobility and tends to keep a very low guard when he has his feet planted and throwing hooks so a well timed counter punch could well be the key.

Wish him good luck from me I will be shouting at the screen

    Thanks to Bald Bouncer

    Hi
thank you, I will. he has promised to bring the belt back here for selfies at my place "WHEN " he wins so I can't wait. We have several thousand going down from the town so it should be plenty atmosphere.
Liams brothers are just getting annoyed as the whole thing is turning into the Floyd Mayweather show and despite Liam being top of the bill he is hardly mentioned in media coverage.

    Hi
Well done to Ryan Walsh for retaining the Brtish belt. Davis however was way too good for Liam and the ref was right to step in and stop in my opinion and stop Liam from getting seriously hurt.
Liam will be back and am sure he will continue to hold belts at European level and the brilliant Walshy fans will continue to follow.

PS Floyd Mayweather wore a pint of lager on his way out the ring lolol

Bit of discussion on box nation whether it should have been stopped so early but I agree the ref got it right.

Walsh didn't seem to get going, whether that's because of Davis or just an off night I'm not sure, hopefully he comes back stronger. Davis could be a really special fighter from what we seen tonight.

PS - LOL, didn't show that on TV but what a Waste of a good pint

    Thanks to mitchb

Yeah shame but I think he had the hardest opponent he could have got for a title shot, the ref was spot on stopping it and I know at the time you think you are fine to go on but that's why you need a ref.

Hope he bounces back and well done to his brother was a good fight but the most entertaining one was Joe PIGFORD v Aarron MORGAN really enjoyed that.

    Thanks to Bald Bouncer
