Any ideas for decent usenet/NZB clients for the Mac?
Used Grabit for years on Windows and would love something similar.
Thanks guys.

Just web based mate, at first I hated it but now they have skinned it and it just works really well without the need for many system resources. I use the plush skin and it's awesome!
Id say give sabnzb a try. I swapped from grabit this year and ive never looked back.
Grabit PC = Unison MAC for me at least
I use SABnzbd+ on the Mac.
To be honest I think it's better (standard) than the Windows based application as it has a download monitor in the Notification Area.
Compatible with Growl too, which is another bonus.
It scans my watch folder every 5 seconds and downloads NZB's as they hit my Downloads folder... moments later they are in my NZB folder.
Sabnzbd+ and sickbeard ( tv pvr).
Auto download tv series
thanks guys.

Personally I don't find anything the Mac has to offer a patch on Grabit. I have VMware on my Mac purely for Grabit
same here, it's probably the one thing I keep a windows box to use, I tried and couldnt get on with sabnzbd+ I'm not saying its a bad app its not I just couldnt get on with it, although if its been skinned and is better to use I may be about to change over for a couple of days, cheers for the re-heads up on that one fellas
not yet but I'm giving it a go after the motogp and f1 this afternoon, anything that makes it better to use is going to be an improvement for me, I just couldnt get "comfy" with it as it was.
Altbinz here.
Edit : Whoops, didn't see that this was an Apple topic!

Had never heard of Sick Beard before, had a look - it looks awesome!
Do all files need to be stored locally? I keep all mines on an ext hdd for example, to pass to mates etc.
