"Front and rear disc brakes provide 100% stopping power"
What a good idea, much better than them only providing 70% and having to chuck an anchor out for the other 30.

looks a bit wobbly
I STINK GET OVER IT !
Oh come on, it's been 25 years now since the C5 and I still have to peddle? What does he think I am, not lazy? If I wanted exercise I'd walk and it would be free.
Seriously though, batteries have come on in leaps and bounds over the past 25 years so it better be a marked improvement over the C5 with regards to battery life. It doesn't give any real statistics but I am surprised that there's no info on using it without having to peddle.
to me the new model looks shit and flimsy and like something from the 1900's deffo a step back in time, the handle bars will rust very easy and soon as your in an accident they will cut your head straight off.
the original design imho was mint and should have been built around that, with advances in battery charging we could have easily seen a new battery that takes minutes to charge fully so you could in theroy charge from a solar panel.

haven't you been able to buy bikes with motors on for donkeys years? stick a stupid looking bubble on one and you get this bit of striking innovation, except for your extra cash you have the added luxury of looking a complete tool and it taking up twice as much storage space.
There are those, and also the electric mopeds which can be had for £500-£1000 with or without pedal assistance. They are similar to petrol mopeds, speed limited to 30 and will do 20 miles on a charge or thereabouts. Financial equivalent of something in the region of 1000mpg too.
If I lived in a congested city I'd definitely consider one, despite my general dislike of motorcycles. More fit-for-purpose vehicles are the future imo, putting an electric engine into a family car so that it can continue to transport a single person to work every day is just inefficient and mental.
This thing looks like a disgrace, it's like a picture of what the future would look like from 40 years ago.

I'm getting more than a bit sick of all this 80's retro shite, I wasnt keen the first time round
I loved my CPC 464 but theres no way im handing my macbook over and taking a green screen crt with an over sized keyboard home
someone should tell him it failed the first time cos it was shite 25 years passing hasnt changed it, if it worked like a segway or could carve through the corners like a ducati then maybe but it looks like the bastard love child of a recumbant bike and a disability scooter
I agree with most of the comments, most ain't gonna part with the money purely cuz it looks like shite.
Some sort of decent electric motor and a better looking body and it would sell like hot cakes.
Would have been better to have 2 rear wheels to make it stable when stopped.
Looks awkward to stop. Also should it break down, get a puncture or you hit too steep a hill, it will be a pig to push due to the shape. I couldn't imagine this very easy to get into my back yard to recharge every night.
Says 190 watt motor but would like to know how fast that equates too.
I dont know what it works out as speed wise but 190watts works out at about 0.25bhp which isn't going to be enough to get me to go out and be seen in public riding/driving it, now a mobility scooter on the other hand I'd love to lol (im only half joking they look a right laugh and id love to powerslide around asda lol)
