Default Black Ops Computer - Decrypting The Cyphers

On that "secret" computer in the main menu where you can unlock the 3rd Zombie map there are lots of files and pics and you can login with various characters from the game to access more files

On a lot of the files there are codes that you must decrypted. Has anyone managed to decrypt them yet? I can't get my head around them.

There was on file when I logged in as V Bush called DLpw.txt

    It says:

DL p/w is standard Agency cypher:

    LZVMWZRKMVMUUVZWM

Can anyone decrypt this? There's LOTS of cyphers like that eg (CWZIMQJZDUMIMMPJZEHWZQJZEXZ

To login, simply type LOGIN then it will ask for a user name and password. Here's ones i've found so far on various forums:

    Login: jfkennedy
    Password: Lancer

    Login: rnixon
    Password: checkers

    Login: lbjohnson
    Password: ladybird

    Login: vbush
    Password: manhattan

    Login: amason
    Password: password

    Login: jhudson
    Password: bryant1950

    Login: tbrooks
    Password: lauren

    Login: sharper
    Password: timhortons

these are the logins for the dreamland server (rlogin dreamland)

    Login: vbush
    Password: majestic1

    Login: roppen
    Password: trinity

EDIT - Well this is wank, the computer decodes it for you by typing decode LSUDSADSA etc (thanks to Willp2003 @ avforums). Thought there would have been more to it than that
