hitach annoying the fook out of me

right guys need some major help trying to flash an hitachi 47dj drive from an ixtreme firmware 1.4 i think to 1.51 and iusing jungleflasher .175 and a via card but no installed drivers on win 7 x64 and it keeps saying Dumping Flash:Ram Upload - Execute Failed got ck3 pro red light bluelight wont do it!

sack the via card, use onboard for hitachis

oh and retore original fw first then flash ixtreme

also latest JF is 1.75b

disable all other drives and unused IDE adapters in device manager make sure ur bios is on IDE not ATA mode

I have this problem with some Hitachi's. Jungleflasher took away the option to use classic method flash at some point (I think you can still read/dump using the classic method, just not flash), and Ram method fails for me on older model Hitachi's (but not 78/79's). I just use an older version of Jungleflasher for these drives, one where you could still choose classic method. I think its JF v1.51 I use...can confirm this version if required, but its the JF they brought out when Ixtreme 1.51 for Hitachi's came out.
I have no idea why they removed the choice.

Ahh, not sure about Windows7 and JF...I run mine on an old XP machine.

I thought there was a portio for w7 now though ?

you need to load the active iso disk first.
just let the drive toc the disk then you will be able to do wot you want to do
