Yep I heard that.... also only open to XL subs too. Or existing customers may be £149 activation + £40 installation + £3pm

Well i'm an XL customer but two hundred quids a bit steep when I already paid quite a bit for the V+..

I think if I was to shell out 2 hundred quid it would more likely be for an Ipad on the recently announced subsidised package as good as this box looks...

Maybe you won't be charged if you paid for V+?

    I loved my tivo.

The season pass was infinitely better than sky's, like someone said, it actually worked

I've still got it somewhere, i may stick it in BST

V+ charge is for install, you are not buying the kit, it's rented so unlikely.

Yeah the V+ boxes are not the most reliable. However I'll bet they will still keep the V+ as well so they collect the 200 + the fifty odd quid activation also forcing you to go XL if you're not already. Of course my contracts just started so I'm at a real disadvantage. :-(

It all depends on the financial incentive they have to supply the TiVo over the V+. I actually do have some issues with my Sammy V+, the SC has better build quality but is getting a bit long in the teeth!

OK just registered interest and was told for existing customers the charge will be £149 for the box +£40 install so £189.. watched the demo (what a fit bird!!) and was told it will actually be early 2011 when the rollout starts.
I understand you have to be on the XL TV package to have the Tivo..

    nice......

That sounds okay - also signed up for more info. We're on the XL tv package so if there's no additional monthly payment - bonus.
