uktv thru set top box milark.....

picked a mag up in a local shop here in cyrpus, and theres a page full of ditch the dish and for 250euro buy a box that plugs in to router and you get the freetoview channels (60 free channels)

now normally we just use a private network for 5quid a month and we can watch bbc1/2 itv etc via the laptop plugged in to the tv.

but would rather find the information on this set top box that can get you the 60 channels for free...

any info on this or what box i should buy, its to do with all this internet protocol tv, so how would you set the box up?
