Shit Your most recent great act of stupidity

    Well here's mine.
My current working hours are from 4am until 14.30 pm, this involves getting up at 3 am and early to bed about 20:00 pm.

Last night something fucked up, I usually awake about ten minutes before the alarm clock is due to go off. So I awoke as usual and proceeded to get dressed etc. As I put my watch on I noticed the fucker had stopped so I adjusted it and looked to make sure the second hand was moving again.

Forward twenty minutes and I'm driving to work and happen to glance down at the clock in my car, fucking what 23:20 !!!!!!!!!!

So back home again and back to bed for another three and a half hours.
Needless to say I didn't sleep too good and kept checking the time every fifteen to twenty minutes.

Infact I'm going to HOS myself.

A couple of weeks back I opened my van door in the morning (6:30am) and then accidentally pressed the lock button on the key fob. The doors did something but didn't lock so fine, or so I thought...

I started it up, put heating on full to help de-ice the windscreen and then closed the door to start scraping the ice off. The fucker only then went and locked itself shut!!! No spare key in the house to open in either.

Queue a call to AutoAid and two hours later the chap turns up, puts some plastic wedges in the door and uses a coat hanger to lift the door lock up. So much for an early start.

    Doh!

a toyota of some sort (mobility car) she was a nice old dear, its left no damage to hers, did to mine, but she shouldn't have pulled up behind me when I was reversing out of my space into an area that wasn't for parking.

Why do you ask? Do you know someone who was reversed into at Asda recently? It was the one at Aintree.
