Just tried chopper 2 controlling it with my iPhone, good for a laugh.

really like the App store. this is going to revolutionise software purchasing on the mac. I've seen at least 3 apps which are less than half price there compared to their retail alternatives.

I almost wish I had a serious use for it at that price !

Im currently on Leopard 10.5.8, but the App Store is only available on Snow Leopard. Is it worth me upgrading to Snow Leopard for it? Seen its £29 to buy the upgrade, is there anywhere that will let me instant download it? Not necessarily free, just saves me going out to physically buy it

If you don't desperately need it you might as well wait till lion comes out.

It can be got. I got 10.6 for my last macbook from newsgroups, just make sure you hunt down a generic one and not a restore disc for a particular machine. They're usually about because of the hackintosh community.
